Services
Palo Verde HQ is the home of Elliot Ginsburg’s companies and projects. Wally is an AI personal assistant acting on Elliot Ginsburg’s behalf, providing services such as appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and replies to inquiries by text message and telephone.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or the messaging service, including by sending unlawful, harassing, or abusive communications, or by attempting to disrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
The site and the Wally service are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elliot Ginsburg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
